Whether you’ve already tried pilates or not, we recommend purchasing the First Time Starter. You get to try before you buy, take any 4 classes on the schedule across a 14 day period, and most importantly, it’s a great value!
The 14 day trial period starts from the very first class you take in the studio.
Once you use up your First Time Starter, you can work out whether one of our Memberships or Class Packs will suit you best going forward.
If you're feeling like you want something a little more personal, an Intro to Apparatus session sets you up for success, allows you to get acquainted with the equipment, the basic Pilates principles, and lets your instructor tailor the session to your specific goals. That way when you're ready to join a group class you have a good foundation!

You can purchase a membership or class packages through our site schedule or the app, pick a class time that works for you and click book!
The Semi-Privates are our group classes. We keep the classes small enough that our instructors can give each individual the attention needed to gain the most out of their time in the studio.
We offer 2 styles of classes to suit your needs or mood.
Power Pilates will make you shake, sweat, and burrrrn! Quick transitions, and non-stop movement to get that heart pumping!
Pilates is our regular class - a bit slower than Power, but don't be deceived, this class still packs a punch! You'll have a bit more focus on reps and form here. Pilates is open-level and suitable for beginners to advanced as well as pregnancy at all stages.
Remember, general modifications can be easily given for exercises as needed. Always let your instructor know if you need an alternative move. Take everything at your own pace, it's your class!
Classes vary daily - instructors may incorporate mat work, reformer, wunda chair, tower, and/or barre work. Regardless of which equipment or combination of equipment you use - your instructor will be there to lead you through a kickass class! !

- Clothes you are comfortable to workout in
- Grip socks are recommended but not required - check out our stock of grip socks in studio or bring your own!
- Water to stay hydrated - we sell Smart Water bottles in studio and also provide water to refill your own bottle.
Our classes are high intensity and full body so we recommend 2-3 classes per week to see and feel results! If pilates is your only form of exercise, maybe try for 3-4!
Once your doctor has cleared you for exercise, then yes!
If you're past 16 weeks and new to pilates we recommend booking an Intro to Apparatus to get more familiar with you and your needs! Group classes are great up to 16 weeks into pregnancy and private training is great for any phase of your pregnancy. Call or text the studio to chat with us!
YES. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell. Our instructors will be following the same rules.
If you have an injury please do not attend classes until you have been cleared by your physician.
As always, be honest with your instructor. Let her know if there is anything going on with your body that might be important - such as pregnancy or injury - previous or current.
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend class and that our instructors are compensated for their time. You can cancel via online or the MindBody App - the same way you book. We no longer accept class cancellations via text, email, or phone.
Cancellations for reserved sessions must be made 24 hours prior to class time to avoid forfeiting the session.
Those on a group class membership are allowed a 12 hour cancellation window.
Get on that waitlist! Use the waitlist when the class you want is full. If a spot comes available you'll receive an email and/or text notification. You then have the ability to respond "Yes!" or "Bummer, can't make it".
If we receive no response from you we assume you plan on coming.
In the event you do not respond and you no show or late cancel, you will have forfeited the session.
We offer the option to get on a recurring schedule! This will pre-book you in advance of 6 months and will guarantee your spot in your favorite class! Standard cancellation terms apply for recurring schedules.

Absolutely! Sign up to get email and text notifications. We will only send you important stuff like when you get into class from the waitlist, appointment reminders, schedule changes, notification when an auto pay process or fails and any other important account information or updates. Plus you don't want to miss out on any news or promotions that may be happening in the studio!
None of our memberships have a "lock in period" unless it was a special promotion.
We require 7 days notice prior to your next billing to cancel a membership. Send us an email to baysidepilatescc@gmail.com if you need to cancel your membership.
