Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling in any class or membership. When enrolling in a class or membership you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1.) The first time Intro to Apparatus is available for new clients only. 1 offer per person. A Semi-Private (group) session is included in the purchase of an Intro to Apparatus session. Valid for 14 days from first booking.
2.) The First Time Starter is a trial pack of 4 classes is available for new clients only. 1 offer per person. Valid for 14 days from first booking
3.) Semi-private classes must have a minimum of 2 students for class to proceed. You will be contacted by phone or text at minimum 2 hours prior to class time if we should need to cancel and return your session.
4.) All sessions (private or semi-private) require cancellation 24 hours prior to the session time to avoid charges. If you need to cancel the session and it is within 24 hours of your scheduled class time you agree to forfeit the session. If you cannot make your session, please cancel on the mind body app or website so we know you are not attending.
*monthly membership clients adhere to a 12 hour cancellation policy.
5.) Payment must be made prior to booking. In order to hold a spot in a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or payment must be rendered at the time of booking in studio.
6.) Be considerate of the instructor and other clients by being on time to your scheduled class.
7.) Owner and/or instructors have the right to restrict clients from particular class types pertaining to safety reasons and/or to turn clients away if they do not have medical clearance for exercise.
8.) If you have signed up for the waitlist for a particular class and a spot becomes available you will be contacted via email or text message. If you get into a class from the waitlist, you are not obligated to accept the opening - please confirm or decline so we may ask the next person on the list. If you do not respond, we will assume you are coming and you will be charged for the session.
9.) Class packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packs can be extended if you are injured, in which case we may request medical proof. All requests for extensions must be submitted prior to the expiration date.
10.) Monthly membership sessions are valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions can be extended if you are injured, in which case we may request medical proof. All requests for extensions must be submitted prior to the expiration date.
11.) Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person signed up arrives, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
12.) Gift Cards can be used for sessions or products sold through Bayside Pilates. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferrable. Bayside Pilates does not offer any refunds, transfers, exchanges or extensions on gift cards for any reason including but not limited to: illness, injury, change of address or change of mind. All purchases are final.
13.) The studio does not offer refunds, transfers or exchanges to sessions or merchandise purchased upon any circumstance.
14.) Let us clear your mind from your busy day. Out of courtesy for the student and instructor if you need to be on your phone or take a phone call please step outside to do so.

1.) Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled class will receive the session back.
2.) Late cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled class will forfeit the session. No-shows and absences will forfeit the session.

1.) All memberships operate on a 28-day autopay schedule from the credit card on file in Mindbody (secured system). Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).
2.) Memberships will continue unless Bayside Pilates is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).
3..) Monthly membership sessions are valid for 28 days from the date purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions can be extended if you are injured, in which case we may request medical proof. All requests for extensions must be submitted prior to the expiration date.
4.) Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person signed up arrives, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
5.) Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 8 weeks prior to any change.
6.) Monthly Members will be held to a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class you are signed up for it must be done 12 or more hours before the scheduled class time or you forfeit your session.
7.) Monthly Members of 8 and 12 classes / month can purchase additional sessions at $22 per class. Additional sessions can be purchased online or via the app prior to class time. Additional sessions purchased are valid for 30 days from purchase. If during the month an extra session is taken and shows as unpaid or owing, $22 will automatically be charged to the card on file for the session booked.
8.) Failed Membership payments will incur a $10 fee for every day the payment fails to process. This is to cover the additional administrative work and fees charged to Bayside by the credit card companies.
9.) If by the third day the payment has still failed to process, all booked classes will be cancelled and the Membership will be placed on hold. The failed Membership charge, plus any outstanding fees will be processed as a debit on the clients Mindbody account, to be paid before any additional classes can be taken at Bayside.
1.) At least one weeks written notice is required to place a hold on a membership. This ensures enough time for Bayside to put correct measures in place.
2.) Members may place their account on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months per calendar year. The first hold is complimentary. Any following holds will result in a $30 admin fee.
1.) Bayside Pilates requires at least 1 weeks written notice to terminate membership. Please email baysidepilatescc@gmail.com.
2.) In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination can be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written notice from a medical doctor.
